Florida Statutes and State Board Rules require the School Board to receive and approve the Fire Safety inspections by June 30^th of each fiscal year.  The Clay County School District is required to conduct an annual fire safety inspection by inspectors certified by the Division of State Fire Marshal.  These inspection reports shall be submitted to the State Fire Marshal after School Board approval.  Inspection reports shall be available for public review and were performed by in-house certified personnel.

Approve the District required 2012-2013 Fire Safety Inspection Report.

All deficiencies will be corrected at the school level or by the Maintenance department and funded by Part III Capital Outlay funds.
